Agreed. We have so many games coming up and we are really light on attacking options and surely need options like earthy.

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs West Ham | PL | 22.11.25 | Prediction and Match Thread
I have no great gripe with the KWP>Guilherme sub and I don't think it did any kind of harm at all. My point exactly. ‘No harm at all’ is a placid mindset. How about making a sub to do harm to the opposition. Subs like this so early just immediately set us up to do nothing going forward and g...

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs West Ham | PL | 22.11.25 | Prediction and Match Thread
Guilherme was bloody hopeless so totally understand Nuno hooking him the rest of the subs not so much I’d still rather have a quick attacking player who is struggling on the wing than a fullback who doesn’t know how to play there and offers us fuck all going forward. We have a shit load of games...

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs West Ham | PL | 22.11.25 | Prediction and Match Thread
Out of the two I felt he should have brought on attacking Forward Earthy for the ineffective Guilherme, not a sodding defensive Fullback in another random position. 🤦♂️ Exactly or just give Guilherme another 15 mins and see if he can up his game. We were hardly in trouble in first half no need f...

Re: AFC Bournemouth vs West Ham | PL | 22.11.25 | Prediction and Match Thread
Absolutely no need for those changes. Nuno is gutless. Fine to do that with 5 mins left, not with 40. At 2-0 up you need to keep a chance on the counter. We would have had chances with attacking players on. I would honestly rather see is go down than play halfs of football like that regularly. Horri...

Re: West Ham vs Brentford | PL | 20.10.25 | Predictions and Match Thread
Avram Grant’s team was worse. Don’t blame Nuno, he has just arrived. Blame a series of bad transfer decisions. Blame the majority of a squad that don’t seem to care. Blame an absence of decent centre backs. You can’t ignore that most other teams supporters blame West Ham’s fans for getting rid of D...

Re: Potter Out
Yes, in terms of the managers being rumoured with the job in December I felt Potter would be worth a punt, especially as is our first English manager since Allardyce. But I expressed reservations from the start, so yes I did call him out from start. You said ‘ good to have a proper manager’ after t...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread
He was given Ferguson in January who he hardly used, that's now impressing at Roma. And he was given £38M to spend this Summer and felt it absolutely critical that he go and spend that on a new Left Back and Goalkeeper we didn't urgently need first. Bollocks to feeling sorry for him when he wastes ...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread
I saw that too. We went cheap in CM and paid the price. Although to be fair I will say we should have seen a bit better from those players we had Wasn't cheap though, loan fees, signing on fee and massive wages for Soler and Guido probably came to more. Good point. Not even cheap. Very short s...

Re: New number for Nayef
He wasn’t great under Moyes, but I’m hopeful he’d be better suited to a back three. The main positive of him staying is that if he were sold, I imagine our transfer focus would shift away from central midfield — which is the area that needs the most attention.

We have LBs but neither are adept at wing back. Neither are great going forward. I think its a position we badly needed - our attack was so right sided last year. Welcome Diouf!

Oh right, sorry. I'll just agree with you all. 👍 Reason I'm saying "give it a rest" is that you're clearly just using this as another stick to beat Potter with. Guaranteed that if Potter had started him in every game you'd have been having a go at him for playing such an out of form strik...

I'd like more ins and outs by now but I'm pleased with the players we are bing linked to. Longer term thinking seems to finally be kicking in in terms of the profiles we are looking at. I just wish we'd had this plan a year ago when we had the chance and money to properly rebuild but Lopetegui chose...
