Well after the disappointment of the Liverpool surrender-fest, next up it's the challenge of Man Utd away.

Amorim seems to have found a way to get them winning points, but their old challenges prevail, with unadventurous wing backs, a pedesitrian and hti and miss central midfield, and no consistent chance-creation plan.

Nuno has a reasonable record against Man Utd (I think I read somewhere) and despite the Bookies having made them huge favourites for this, this feels more likely to yield points than Liverpool.

For us, Paqueta is out. Summerville is out.  Rest of the squad is available.  Will Nuno give Luis G another go in the Sumemrville berth with Paqeta out and few attacking options available, or will he match up Man Utd with a back 3, and keep the improving Magassa in the side?  Can Wilson manage another game in such quick succession?

Predicted Line Up:
Areola

Wan Bissaka  Mavropanos   Todibo   Diouf

Magassa Potts

Bowen     Fernandes    Guilherme

Wilson
Subs: Hermansen, Kilman, Igor, KWP, Irving, Rodriguez, Soucek, Fullkrug, Earthy.

Predicted Scoreline:   I reckon we get something from this, although maybe a win proves beyond us?

1-1 (Bowen, Mbuemo).

Best moment aside from Magassa’s goal had to be our fans singing:

”he looks like a rat, he looks like a raa-aat, Bruno Fernandes he looks like a rat”.  🐀🐀🐀🐀🤣🤣

Well I wouldn't go that far, but he put  in a skippers shift  and led from the front..Bonzo would have approved  of his and all of the players efforts tonight that's for sure .
the second half attitude after going predictively behind was very good.
As many have said , give this manager the tools in January and we'll be okay I think if they keep this attitude up

Shame we couldn’t get the win. A point was probably fair. I’m yet to see us lose at OT in five visits, so I’ll take that.

Gotta love the way Twoleftfeet thinks he has any right to tell people to ‘fuck off’ from this forum

This is a bloke who knows so little about football that he accused anyone who knew Graham Potter was an atrocious manager of being a Tottenham fan and months later when the penny finally dropped for him he shamelessly started calling Potter out on here like he’d known all along he wasn’t good enough

His best game in a while. You could really tell he was trying his bollocks off out there which I thought was infectious on the rest of the Team, a Captains performance by leading by example. That's the Bowen I love to see. Just needs to get hus goals back again but a lot more like hus old self tonight. 👌

Todibo and Mavropanos solid, no way back for Kilian.  Todibo is surprisingly quick for a big boy and has a good touch. No one is mentioning Stavros, how good is that!

Interesting seeing Bowen as a 10. I think he looked ok there tbh.
I do think for him to get in the England side he does need to show he can do more than be Saka’s backup.
I think he needs to practice shooting from range more to make him more versatile.

Nuno got just about most of the calls right tonight and he clearly sent them out there with a rocket up their arse. They responded from the 1st minute to the last.

Taking away some obvious poor team performances maybe Nuno is starting to improve certain individuals. AWB has his mojo back, Magassa certainly improving, I apologise for calling him a poor man's Kouyate, Todibo a totally different player, and Areola is looking a bloody good goalkeeper at the moment. Hopefully that improvement continues.

1-1 courtesy of Amorim and those subs imo 😂

2 bang average teams, a draw is about right!

Yeah that infuriated me. The one time in the game we looked on top, and he panics and holds out for a draw.

Still a point is more than I was expecting. Especially with an insanely poor line up where the one winger we have on the pitch is played out of position, it's any wonder we managed to get it all. Man Utd should be kicking themselves.

Thought Fernandes worked hard and was busy but needs a bit more strength as ge us too easily brushed aside at times.

He's a strange one. I like him but he's been played out of position the last couple of games and it reduces his impact dramatically... but his ball striking is quite underwhelming. His shot in the first half with time and whilst in space was poor and 2 or 3 crosses had no shape and were very easily cleared

Anyone notice after the equaliser went in Wilson ran into the net to grab the ball.  He obviously believed we should have gone for the win.

Fortunes favour the brave! Well deserved well earned important point at Old Trafford. That's the effort I want to see more of.

Stand out performers were Magassa, Potts, Wan-Bissaka, Todibo for me.

Well done all. 👏

Pretty low quality game but i think we deserved a draw through sheer effort.
We look more solid under Nuno but need some pace upfront.

Magassa was fantastic.

Hopefully we can stay in touch with the other teams and get some players in on 1st January.
