"We're little old West Ham, we should doff our cap and be grateful. The Kumb lot are subservient arseholes who think we should be grateful for our lot. Then cunts can fuck off. A few draw's change nothing. Moyes should be sacked - the man is a spent force. If by some miracle we do stay up it will be in spite of him and not because of him. I wish the cսnt would get out of our club."

Kumb is overrun with N17 vermin. If we get turned over next week. Most on there will be creaming themselves.

"Watching this shit today, and still have the nerve to abuse those being fed up is pretty hilarious. Credit in the bank Saved us from relegation Got us in Europe If I was blind and deaf, I might be in the same camp.."

Unbelievably there's still plenty so called West ham supporters defending him . Especially on that shitty KUMB . And apparently he hasn't been backed in the transfer market either despite spending 200m since the summer .

Keep this thread up at the top as today's performance by Moyes substitute selection and tactics warrants the bullet alone.

"Been reading up on the job Vincent kompany has done at burnley compared to Moyes. it's actually laughable when Moyes bullshits about transition season despite the £200m spend Burnley had to recruit 18 new players whilst losing most of the parachute payments to pay a debt off But yet VK transformed their style of play into attractive football bedding in the players straight away and coaching them into good football over the 6 week summer period too. Now seems a formality before they're in the premier league again, I suspect they will stay up comfortably"

"Yep and the seasons before that and the decades before that those clubs have been investing well into the football side of their clubs.....we need decades of consistently good investment to build and push on as we can't expect to have one big window that brings us to their level. We are STILL (due to decades with shit investment) having to play catch up, and then after that you have to keep to their levels of investment to compete with them....£100 million to us is huge to those clubs it's a couple of decent squad fillers...."

"eusebiovic 3:25 Wed Feb 8 ''I think Johnson would step up under a manager who was sassy and sharp enough to give him a defined task to bring the best out of him'' Completely disagree. You're having a pathetic pop at Moyes just for the sake of it, all very cliched, maybe try to be a little more original? If Johnson was good enough he would have found his way by now either here or somewhere else, but he isn't good enough regardless of who his manager is. ''Step up'' based on what exactly? What has he shown to date that makes you think he can step up?"

"""The CIES Football Observatory have revealed the clubs with the highest net transfer spend since 2018/19"" West Ham United are in 5th (FIFTH) position. Only Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal and Tottenham have spent more than us in WORLD football over those years."

"For me it has got fuck all to do with youngsters, more about having his favorites who he likes to pick and not freshening it up enough. He doesn't pick Downes, Areola, Benrahma (sometimes). Bloke doesn't know his best players, so very much doubt he can spot potential from the youth set up"

I think Johnson would step up under a manager who was sassy and sharp enough to give him a defined task to bring the best out of him. Moyes is a Charles Hughes advocate. Nuff Said

SnarestoneIron Spot on right. We all love to see a junior coming through but the only ones that i recall reaching our elite levels are Rice and Johnson but even Johnson isn't certain yet. Playing someone with talent and application will let them improve with games experience. Without that talent and application - move them on. Playing a junior without a top level talent might work once or twice as they raise their game but eventually they will get found out. Playing someone with the talent and no application will be the same result. Let's hope Moyes can spot young players better than he spots players to buy!

"LeroysBoots 11:39 Tue Feb 7 Does he mistrust the youngsters any more than any other PL manager? There's not a high number coming through most teams. We've had Rice and Johnson during his time. I'd love to see more, but none of those we've let go have gone on to greater things!"

LeroysBoots 11:39 Tue Feb 7 Take Noble's comments at face value with no alluding going on. Noble doesn't strike me as bright enough to allude to anything.

Very little hope of getting rid of him now unless we have another terrible run. New owners and new manager for next season hopefully whatever division we are in.

"A glimmer of hope I read today was the Noble article in the Standard, talking about how he likes seeing how the youths are getting on and how they are hopeful of getting a couple in the first team squad for next season Now then, we all know that Moyes mistrusts the youngsters so what does Noble allude to ?"

"The draw at the weekend was in spite of Moyes to some degree. He's found that using a few of the players that were bought in their correct positions helps but it's taken 20 games of him not wanting to change anything. He's still got a lot of other changes to make that manny fans and even one or two pundits have suggested. So we might see Soucek dropped down the selection hierarchy he has artificially established based on the fact they were useful 12+ months ago. He might play Fornals as a centre attacking mud eventually. He might realise Fabianski costs us possession because he can't use his feet and he might work out that Antonio is finished as a goal scoring centre forward and should be played wide. He might even work out that Downes will strengthen the midfield in some games if played behind Rice and Paqueta? He might have seen a couple of excellent forays into the opposition half and penalty box last Saturday and that playing Downes in the deep role will release him to do that more. He might even realise Scamacca id not a lone striker? But my money is none of the above happening and Chelsea and Spurs being draws at very best. Moyes can set up a team to not concede many perhaps but we don't score from open play so winning games is still going to be tough. Moyes is the last of a previous generation of managers. We are just unfortunate that his slow death March will risk pulling us thru the trap door of relegation. We have we are the proverbial ""the fourth least bad looking bloke on the burns ward""ù"
