"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

forgot to mention the respect the NFL showed to the armed forces on Sunday. they get a lot wrong but they should be applauded for what they did at the weekend i hope our FA show as much respect and tell FIFA to fuck off and wear the poppy on the shirt next week

"Patriots have traded star linebacker Jamie Collins to the browns for a 3rd round pick, he was going to be a free agent next year and it sounds like him and the Patriots were light years away in terms of contract value"

"Absolutely cracked me up the field goal. Something that can go either way, though in this instance the blokes arsehole fell right out and it was a terrible kick. Think it was the Seahawks last year who done exactly the same thing with the fella for the other team missing the initial kick. Next one was straight through the posts and loved seeing that cunts face as it had backfired beautifully."

"Exactly. It can work out to the kicking team's advantage as well. In fact, i think I read somewhere that icing the kicker actually increases the chances of the kick being successful."

"thing is it can go the other way, ive seen games where the kicker has missed the kick but the coach called a time out only for the kicker to then make the next one."

"You can't stop teams calling a time out against a field goal- what if the kicking team sets up for a fake at the last moment and you're not prepared? They already outlawed calling more than one time out on a kicking play, which was a good move and probably as far as it'll go."

"colinos, it's a potentially very good o-line that we have. morgan moses getting hurt is a blow but hopefully he'll be back soon. was a bit tired when posting last night but after watching the highlights later, it was a great game. if we could just limit our penalties we'd be a decent team. aj green when on form is unplayable and it was great to see our running back, fat rob, perform so well. was also good to say I saw a future potential hall of famer in jordan reed play well and score a great td on 'icing the kicker'. the sooner they outlaw it the better"

"Colinos- didn't actually know about that rule. Interesting! Might shake things up a little bit, although that will probably still limit it to warm weather and dome teams, even if the super bowl should be played in outdoor winter conditions some of the time, I personally think."

"I know- it's exactly that- kind of what I was saying when I alluded to 'schedules'. It was a bit of a vague statement on my part though, I'll give you that! The likes of the Giants, Redskins, Packers and Cowboys will never give up a home game. I suppose just because of that, you'll get the same bollocks teams like the Jags and appearing as the home side repeatedly. To be fair they've done a pretty decent job in bringing almost everyone over (the better teams as visitors) thus far."

"Not just because of the schedule scorch, it's also down to the actual teams being willing to play over here, as for the supposed home team, it means giving up a home game and the revenue it brings. Fine for the teams who keep playing over here as they have shit support, but the mobs who sell out every game aren't willing to give them up. Not just for revenue, but because they don't want their fans losing out on one game considering they only have 8 to go to a year. That's what I was told anyway."

"El Scorchio 1:11 Mon Oct 31 I think it's still difficult to persuade some teams to come over, especially as a home team. The new ruling meaning if a city wants to host a Superbowl they have to give up a home game to the International Series is why Miami are back next year. I think we'll see the Texans and Seahwaks as away teams next year. And there will be 4 London games by all accounts."

"Far Cough 4:07 Fri Oct 28 I am, but offered the Bengals my support yesterday. Thought it was a great game. Calling time out on the ""game winning"" FG was genius. Atmosphere one of the best yet from the London games. How much time did Cousins have in the pocket though?! I couldn't work out if it's a bad Benglas D or a quality Skins O."

"Should be a decent match up, that. 4th fucking time for the Dolphins though? (No contract for them to play here unlike the Jags and Rams) I know it's schedule permitting, but how about a couple of the teams yet to play in London make the trip over instead? Packers Eagles Ravens Cards Would all be good to watch"

"on my way home from wembley, i enjoyed it and it was a decent game but I couldn't handle doing it on a regular basis. far too many train spotter type cunts and with everyone spread everywhere it for most part felt like how a testimonial did over west ham (maybe it came too soon after Wednesday's game). you get more of an appreciation of quarterbacks watching them live but penalties stopped us from winning, with Norman fucking us the most with his sloppy play"
