"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Only real winner last night was Vegas. ALL the money was on KC. Also nice to see the ref’s do the job properly.(Something must have been said.?)Next up the combine and the only thing that matters. The Draft.!

Defence wins championships... so simple, but so brilliant from fangio. People see the chiefs shitty o line and blitz them. Do that and kermit will pick you apart all day.
Only ever rushed 4, leaving 7 in coverage so on the rare occasion he did have time, he had nowhere to go. Some throwaway stats yards at the end against the back ups, but 34-0 and 40-6 a much fairer reflection of the game. It was an absolute annihilation.
Have to say, i was far more worried about the commanders than the chiefs. Theyve been getting away with it all season and if you put the two rosters down next to each other, mahomes is the only one I'd take. We're better than them everywhere. Howie Roseman is a genius and probably the best off season in history.
And whatever footage of kermit getting burned or anything else gets shown, the party on broad street was great, with almost no trouble at all.

didn't care about the result, hate both teams but you have the opportunity to show the superbowl and choose to pick that joke presenting line up, and not use the yank commentary. It was turned off after about twenty minutes
Tom Brady was just as bad.
He spent the entire game talking about himself.

Can’t recall ever seeing Mahomes being this flustered.
He was absolutely terrible.
His half time passer rating of 51 was Nathan Peterman bad.
Just goes to show what happens when a defence properly gets to him.
I was wrong thinking the Eagles O-line wuld make the difference. Their defence was all over the Chiefs the entire game.

Excellent performance by the Eagles’ defense. No mean feat to sack Mahomes six times.
What a boring season, though, in terms of predictability. Eagles were deserved winners, but the Commanders and Lions lit things up for a while.
The Bills went Spursy when it mattered - again - and my lot were just shit. Again!
and the Vikings were doing what the Vikings does.

What a shit game. How disappointing. Only way this picks up is if this rapper bloke tells Trump to get fucked but it looks like he’s miming.
This halftime show is befitting of the game.
Why would any patriot want the Donald to 'get fucked'..?

I think it’s a great game.
Most dominant defensive performance in SB history so far.
absolute masterclass.
and The Donald got a rousing reception too.

Couple of shocking penalty calls so far, 2nd one was as if they knew they'd fucked up and cost the eagles a TD so gave them a dodgy one to even it up.
Still, fuck the chiefs.

Rodgers free to sign with another team in March but go with a post June 1st designation to save cap money, I wonder if anyone will take him
Yeah, Glenn was never going to retain Rodgers while trying to put his stamp on his new side. The QB is just too big an ego and presence. A new HC wasn’t going to keep a guy who, at most (and aged 41), had one year left.
The cap move is sensible, to mitigate his guarantees. There will be a cost, but it’s the right thing to do. His injury last season ruined the high-risk trade. Should never have done it. But that’s the Jets for you.
Hopefully, Glenn and Moug can start changing the culture.

I think the key battle is between the Eagles O-line and Chiefs D-line.
If the Eagles can set Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts open for the run that is the game.
I agree. But it’s going to be a good match-up, that. While all the attention has been on Mahomes and Kelce etc, the Chiefs’ defense as been very good this season.

it's like picking between Aids & Leprosy, I hate the pair of them, but that gimmick fucking play that the eagles use will probably sway me towards the Chiefs. Mahomes was pretty classy during the week when asked about Daniels, so I hope Reid gets his hat trick of wins
Agree completely. Hate that poxy play, they can shove it up their arses. I hope they lose trying to do it.

No fucking way can I cheer on Philly. And the Chiefs are rapidly becoming as boring and protected as the Patriots. Can’t see pass Kansas. But can see Barkley getting the MVP. Either way.
