"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"a lot of skins fans were sad to see Kirk go, but he always had three type of performances. add these choking episodes to a terrible defence and you're fucked. you've got to applaud his agent though, absolute fortunes he's taken off two franchises for adequate quarterback play"

"Brock with another great performance""¶ 35-7 win over the GOAT. Niners D with another big day, 2 picks and dominated the game again. Deebo looks to have dodged a bullet, they're are saying no serious injury, just a high ankle sprain, no broken bone and no ligament damage. Beat Seattle on Thursday evening and we have won the west and have locked up #3 seed""¶. Poor old Rams!"

"The shoulder on Mayfield's non-throwing arm is a big problem. He injured it badly at Cleveland and has never fully recovered. Not sure he'll ever be 100%, but he seems to think he ought to be a starter still. It's a shame - he could have been a very fine QB if: He'd been drafted by somebody other than Cleveland. He didn't get injured. He wasn't such a dick. But you could say that about many high-draft QBs. Speaking of which, Zach Wilson's ego seems to be getting the better of him in New York. His own team-mates now wearing t-shirts with ""Mike Fucking White"" (a supportive term, like CFC!) emblazoned on them. Not many Jets fans complaining - White is doing a decent job hitting good targets. 7-5 for us is not bad going into a big game against the Bills. When we're losing, it's certainly not due to Mike White who is throwing well: it's usually naivety or a battered-up O-line. Jets definitely building and moving forward, though, now that Saleh's defense has come to the party."

Panthers have waived Baker Mayfield at his request. Might he end up at the 49ers? Nope

Actually it was 33 points in one quarter not sure I've ever seen that before Nutsin 2 QB's is really bad luck but at this time of the year everybody has had injury's We're into the back ups to the back ups in the secondary another corner out for the season Sunday with a torn Achilles

Seems like the 49ers can't have one game without a key injury to one of its starters. The injuries this team has year in year out is insane. Two QB's lost this year to injury. Just can't stay healthy.

Panthers have waived Baker Mayfield at his request. Might he end up at the 49ers? Mind you I am not sure he is upgrade on Mr Irrelevant. I am a bit annoyed that the Dolphins got stuffed this weekend (not least because Jalen Waddle got next to bugger all on my fantasy team). At least Tua emerged in one piece.

Another big win for my boyz. Didn't think we actually played that well but as soon as we were ahead by more than a score and they had to start throwing the ball we just blitzed them to death 26 points in one quarter has got to be some sort of record Tough division this year and not sure many would of thought that preseason Not sure if we'll catch the eagles even if we beat them doesn't look like they'll lose another at the mo going to be a great end to the season if our big guns can stay healthy I've cleared my calendar for January and start of February

"Ha no worries! I just in no way would want to be out there. It's different if you're moving all the time and can get warm. I've played (normal) football in really cold weather but after the first few minutes it's ok. It wasn't exactly warm for Fury/Chisora the other night but they were constantly moving and sweating. NFL/CFL- you've got maybe 20-30 mins just sitting on the side getting cold while the other half of your team is playing, and even then when you are on the field a lot of standing still between plays. Fuck that! Add that for a lot of the players it's a source of pride to not wear sleeves or extra layers..... Nahhh not for me!"
