I expect Jimmy G to be released here soon and he'll probably end up in Seattle. Niners defense looks legit again this year but the IOL looks to be a big problem. Hope I'm wrong. We have the pieces to contend again this year just have to protect Trey. If Trey goes down we are toast.

"As a long-suffering Jets fan, I'm reading less than nothing into a couple of pre-season wins. Big year for Zach Wilson, this one. He has to start stepping up now. I'm not expecting world domination from him - it's only his second season - but we definitely need some improvement to the way he protects the ball and goes through his checkdowns. Saleh and Douglas have done their bit, at least in the draft, by bringing in some top-tier talent. It'll take a season or so to develop them, but suddenly the roster looks like it has several potential stars. I do wish Saleh would call defensively plays. But he insists on not doing that.
