Summer Transfer Window 2025 | Official Thread

May as well get going with this since with Sullivan at the helm, season ticket renewals slow, and the football vacuum to commence, this will soon be all the "news" there is.

Can Potter and MacCauley pull multiple rabbits out of the hat, or will Sullivan 'try really hard' with all of them before grabbing a few aging bargains from Big Willie Salthouse?

Window this close season comes in two parts:

Part 1: 1st June to 10th June

I can't even be bothered to get angry at it apathy has kicked in.

Of course he thinks it's a good idea, anything that lines his pockets is.

Didn't even Wilson make fun of West Ham for not winning any trophies for donkeys years?

35 years old, injury prone, mocking West Ham, and our owner thinks this is wise?

I AM FUMING

The most damning evidence in the 15 years Sullivan has owned the club that he is “not fit for purposr”.

Sounds like part of the problem this time is that he had indulged Dave Jnr in his ambition to become a football deal maker and negotiator? A sign that Jnr not Jack is being lined up to continue the spectacular incompetence and failure of Family Sullivan in the world of football.

What did is West Ham fans do to deserve these fbcwits as owners?  Living in the past, self indulgent, ignorant, arrogant and totally out of touch. I suppose with their wealth they can live in a bubble detached from reality. Sullivan’s lacking any self awareness or understanding, the classic “they dont know what they dont know”.

Car crash season incoming, relegation places by October

2years. 50k basic. 75k per 90 paid pro-rata if 90 not completed. Bonus per goal also upto a max of 25k per game.

He was on just under £50k at Newcastle, apparently.

What I find so impressive, is that he's managed to get more money by having 1 shot on target last season (ZERO goals).

Sullivan and his lover Salthouse are such a pair of bellends.

I get that we are shit at transfers, and I heard similar news that Brownhill has signed too, but why on earth would we agree a deal and tell him to hang back, miss pre-season, miss the friendlies and join the club in August, just because we are worried about the reaction of the fans?

What kind of message is it to saying to him that we don't want him coming into the club yet because we're embarrassed about it?

What do you imagine an agents fee for arranging a free transfer for his client is? Let’s say it’s £1m
The agent … let’s call him Shithouse to protect his identity pockets £1m from the club
His expenses include a payment to his consultant for alerting him to the deal
Only identified in his books as MidgetCuntInRussianHat
Job done

There's a chance Patrick Bamford and Leeds will reach an agreement to terminate his contract.

In the event that happens we're preparing an offer.

I thought it was simply a way to get some dosh to Salthouse but it was pointed out that it could well be more about funnelling dosh to Sullivan via a “kickback” from his best mate.

It has nothing to do with improving results and the squad thats for sure.

I expect no more incomings unless we sell a few.

Relegation a real possibility.

Wilson AND Brownhill have been agreed for weeks. It's all just about manipulating the narrative to reduce the reaction before the announcement. Brownhill will be mid to late August.

Apparently we will only make a maximum of 2 more signings after Wilson and Brownhill and neither will be for cash unless all of Aguerd, Alvarez and Guilerme leave.
So you keep saying Clint. What's the nature of your source on it?
As good as it gets. Mark my words.

Come on WHU fans, get that fucking petition signed.. 📝

If it managed at least 50 sigs a day for 365 days a year, we'll be motoring before the seasons out with around 20,000 by then at that rate.
While incredibly well-intentioned and I fully support any effort to remove Sullivan, online petitions are not worth the bandwidth they travel on. The group organizing this would do much better organizing a physical presence protest be it inside or outside the ground or anywhere other than online.

Callum fucking Wilson has been an absolute shitcunt to our club over the years.

He'll be shit for us and we can abuse him all season.  That's the only positive I see from him joining.

If you ever wanted a snapshot of how football has moved on and left that useless dinosaur Sullivan behind the Wilson transfer is it.

Hats off to Macaulay for finding this youngster Callum Wilson. I reckon he can go on to do great things. Definitely one for the future.

Thank God we don’t have a meddling owner.
