you want like for like comparisons, but most of your examples are regions, you can't honestly be comparing it to Ukraine. you asked a question, you got a good answer, which is why you're now shifting the point.

Had a lot of wars with their neighbours recently haven't they?, Stupid war mongering Zelensky, what a fool for not taking it on faith Russia won't try anything in the future if he just gives everyone what they want now.

It's a bit like if you were to call someone out for donating to a homeless charity but not volunteering at a soup kitchen, or taking someone in
Or like saying refugees welcome but not welcoming into your home?
What if they were Peruvian?
Depends how they adapt

I'm genuinely interested on how this can ever be achieved, because if it's just Ukraine vs Russia, then there's really only ever going to be one winner.

I don't know mate, why don't you ask the Vietnamese how you can defeat a much stronger enemy? probably by having some brave patriots willing to fight for their homeland and not cowardly bowing to people trying to bully them into submission.

“unlimited fighting age men arriving daily (put up in comfy hotels, while the indigenous homeless freeze on the streets”

absolutely bang on.

with a large % of that indigenous homeless being ex soldiers who have fought for this country.

An ex squaddie lived in a flat above a mate of mines place. This was 10 years plus ago, but he lost the plot and his accommodation after his wife died of cancer. He was living in a tent in a local park and got kicked to hell one night and was in hospital for weeks after that.

Meanwhile a Romanian family moved in to what was his previous accommodation.

‘A country fit for heroes’ indeed.

Yeah that is the point, they can win but only with help

Afghanistan beat the USSR at the height of their power didn't they? and that was with *checks notes* indirect American support. I don't remember World War 3 as a result, maybe I missed it

Bloody generous of you, egg yolk freak, with no skin in the game. My son is a soldier, so I do. I'm not quite as generous as some of you lot in insisting on 'doing all we can' to help Ukraine.

That's fair enough, but I see a weakened Russia as more realistic for long term peace, and keeps us all safer in the grand scheme, This last week has been terrible for the balance of power and how far Putin will think he can push his luck.

You'll have to change you're weird egg preferences to powdered soon at this rate, shouldn't be so hard with someone with no tastebuds!

You ok? You have completely lost the plot.

You have somehow gone from discussing the Ukraine situation to managing to let everyone know you vote reform.

Trump only cares about ending this war, by whatever means.  He promised a rapid end to this war, and that appears is what he's trying to do.

A politician delivering on his promises really seems to wind people up.
Haha hilarious, "by whatever means", apart from any assurances of US aid should Russia break the ceasefire (again). Trump only cared about the $500 Billion and offered absolutely nothing in return, when he didn't get what he wanted he had his little tantrum,

What are these means you speak of Trundle?

I complely agree. Majority of military aid is used for defence purposes. Saving lives. Russias air attacks will ramp up now. this is about saving and making money to Trump not the saving of innocent lives as he likes to put it.

One is demanding billions of American tax payers dollars from Trump.

The other is saving billions of tax payers dollars for the Americans.

You don't see the difference there?

Yh, clearly did not watch the full thing and neither did the majority of Europe's leaders who are standing by Zelensky.

Funny that Musk completely broke the white house dress code in a baseball cap and t shirt and no one gave a fuck.. Now it is the ultimate insult. I think it depends on who the person is rather than what that person is wearing.

you clearly haven't watched the full meeting. he turned up looking like he was on a  shopping trip to JD Sports, he showed zero respect towards his hosts, multiple displays of anger (combined with constant sniffing), still had the begging bowl out despite what's probably close to half a trillion dollars (combined) given to the most corrupt country (bar the uk) on earth, and then had the temerity (while still on the ponce) to threaten america. again, you pro war cunts will be the first to shit your pants if they start conscripting you and your family to fight an unwinnable war, that no one wants other than trump derangement syndrome simpletons

Give your head a wobble. This will be going on for 2025 atleast.
The only way this war goes on is if Europe prolongs it.

The only way Ukraine wins this war is if WW3 happens.

I hope neither happen.
