"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"This is how badly things are going for the Jets. As a Dolphins fan I relish their misery. I hate their fans and I hate their coach. I should be delighted right now. After that interception, I am actually feeling sorry for them."

"Miike, don't be so fucking sensitive. It was a little joke, not even at your expense. This game in Haringey is going to be a tough watch with the spurs stuff everywhere. It's hard on the eyes."

"who said waller had big lips? I was referring to gruden making a slur about a black man and using a sterotype, and him having to face a locker room full of black players, waller being the best one. hermit, you know what I meant you cսnt"

I would have had him like a shot Hoslelbro but knew you would not have been interesting in my reserve RBs two of whom were injured at the time (although Eli Mitchell has miraculously recovered now) and one is getting next to no game time. Want to keep everyone else.

"Thought about it Zeb, but I thought the chances are he'll get hurt again. Great player when on the field but not been enough recently."

"the best thing about the story, is the email was sent to Bruce Allen, it just adds fuel to that cսnt's (Allen) shit reputation and why we (skins fans) wanted him gone for two decades. the people who should have the biggest problem with Gruden is the black players the Raiders roster. it'll be embarrassing him having to face someone like Darren Waller, he'll probably be paid off very soon"

Poor old Raiders Ag ag ag! Just when they are about to finally turn the corner someone digs up some damning dirt from Grudens email. Personally I think it's all bollox but you have to laugh!

"""Dumboriss Smith has lips the size of michellin tires.""ù Gruden surely won't be able to dig himself out of that in this day and age? His ""rubber lips"" excuse is very weak."

"our boys lost two defenders (Mctyer & Bostic) to season ending injuries sunday. the second one could be a good thing as Jamin will play more, and now they'll ha v to use Khaleke Hudson who's also better. one potentially bad injury is Logan Thomas, but again it gives Reyes his chance. I think we beat the Saints sunday"

Lost my Fantasy match up by half a point. But feels o.k as I lost to Ron's Plan and Taylor Heineke throwing last min TDs which is good. So after a solid 2-0 start I'm back to 2-2 anyone want to trade for an Injured McCaffrey??

Oh yes. We're no longer the outright shittest team in the NFL. Now just one of the shittest. It starts here. The run to the Super Bowl (in 2079) starts here. Believe it.

"impressive win that, we play them next. defend like we did today and it'll be hard to win, it's tough having to score 30 every week"

As a Giants fan. I'm more shocked with that performance. Than anything that's leaked out on of Pandora's paper. Where the fuck did that come from.?

"Takashi Miike 4:46 Haven't read that- will have to track it down. He was something alright. Both personally and professionally! If you can get hold of it, then 'No Medals for Trying: A week in the life of a football team' is a brilliant read. (Is based on the Giants though) It's exactly as it says. Reporting on the staff and team recovering from one game and preparing for the next in close detail. https://www.amazon.co.uk/No-Medals-Trying-Week-Football/dp/0025582151"

"RBshorty 3:52 True- it is mad when you look at it over the whole history of a franchise. The 49ers have for the most part been terrible, and the Cowboys at times too. It's a bit like how people of our generation (still somehow) see Forest as a big side in the doldrums somewhat, when history shows they have been a top flight side for less than half their existence. However, some teams while not winning championships do tend to be a lot more 'there or thereabouts' or competitive a lot of the time and with us at least aside from the 80s and Eli's early years it's been pretty slim pickings. It is funny how the division is usually either really strong or utter shit, all at the same time though. Bit reminiscent of the West in the past decade or so. But yes the drafting. The drafting..... FMOB. Failure after failure even with a lot of high picks for the last decade more or less."
