"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Is adam gase the worst coach in history? Every player who escapes him immediately improves drastically. Nfl app is working again

Will probably so what I did last year and get Essential GamePass for most of the season and upgrade during the run to the playoffs to the end of the season.

That was a handy tip last year. I used it a few times and was able to maximise the screen on the iPad. Still not as good as the telly but bug enough to watch it

"anyone without access to game pass, sky or general streams - B365 are again streaming the games not covered live by sky. you just need to open an account (I think it's £5 minimum) and then keep it funded (which means leaving at least 1p in the account). the screen is fairly small but it's a way of watching if you can't access other options"

"Absolutely not- hopefully Norf's brother gets a bigger gig at a better team soon and we won't have that to worry about :) I'm sure they know it's not personal, and comes with the job when you go to work for the most hated team (but yes, I realise also most popular at the same time!) in the sport. I did love the quote from Wade Phillips in preseason 2008 when he told the fans to 'get their ring fingers ready', before coming third in the division that season."

"Do we have to be nice to the CowGirls because of the recent link with WHO? I don't want to alienate Norf and his brother, who seem like very good folk. But I do like anything that annoys Jerry Jones."

"I watched the 40 mins highlights on NFL gamepass. Excellent way to watch the late games as you see every play. Brady was phenomenal. They went hunting for him and he picked up the blitz so quickly, releasing the ball instantly with precision accuracy. Some of those throws went through a keyhole and with the receivers he's got, defences are going to be in trouble this year."

"Tampa just had too many weapons for Dallas. Brady, Gronk, Brown and Evans. It was a veterans' paradise. Meet the new season: same as the old season. Tampa will be in the mix again, unless age and injury gets the better of their 44-year-old QB and his deep pool of New Tricks-style receivers."

The scoring for kickers is wierd. The Dallas kicker has a poor game and walks away with 10 points.

Great start by Burnsy in our match up. I haven't scored a point yet and I'm still winning.
