"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

I see the Jags predictably parted ways with Doug Pederson as HC.
They will, I'm sure, offer big money to Ben Johnson (like other teams).
Now, this might not be a popular opinion, but I like the look of Pederson for the Jets...but not as a HC. The Jets should snap him up as a well-paid OC. He runs the kind of offense that Jordan Travis could do well in (presuming we move on from Rodgers), and he also likes to run the ball more these days.
With Vrabel now almost certain to head to the Patsies, Jets should make the call to Aaron Glenn (DC in Detroit) as a new young HC, and pair him up immediately with a grizzled offensive mind (who plays a lot of read-option stuff) as his OC and assistant head coach. It will take a lot of pressure off a young new HC and allow Glenn to focus on defense and getting used to the bigger job.
Can't see myself South. Tennessee have more to offer. And when all is said and done. Your'e still answering to Woody. It's a mess.!

I didn't see the game but I always thought Darnold would shit the bed once the big games started. Great season for him though. Problem with the Chiefs is officiating crews giving them horrific calls in their stadium. I've watched multiple games where the referees have been the difference for them and you can't go within ten yards of Mahomes. I'm glad we're going to Tampa, not overly confident after last night's first half but I think the whole team were a bit in second gear. Need to snap out of it this week
Washington/Tampa could be a fine game. Two good QBs going all out.
yesterday, the players looked half hearted. no idea if they were playing safe/trying to just get through the game without any damage. will be interesting if lattimore can get fit, his clashes with mike evans are always good
Yeah, probably a little bit of self-protection by a young side that has made the play-offs.
Your game against Tampa is winnable, and I’d like to see Daniels go further. But Mayfield is now a savvy QB who has the potential to exploit any inexperience and Bowles’ defense will be solid (as always).

Mike, I've only watched highlights and I've always thought he was lucky in some of the games, he got sacked quite a bit but that's maybe because the O line not giving him protection, but he was lucky he had some great receivers to throw to.
Having said that, we're still in it and the Rams are next.
On your day you can beat anyone with those receivers and Hockenson. Should be a great game v the Rams, I think you have the better defence

I didn't realise the Patriots won . Carolina may sticks with Bryce Young who's looked comfortable the last half of the season, if not get Fields off the Steelers
Cleveland. Tennessee. Big Blue. But the Pat’s ain’t fucking around. Just binned HC Jerod Mayo after one season. Won’t be the last head too roll in the next 24 hours.!
They’re going for Vrabel, aren’t they?!
Which means the Jets had better have a plan B that isn’t just Rex Ryan or Rivera!

I was half expecting to lose but didn't think we'd get smashed.
Still Lions v Chiefs should be a good superbowl, that's if they don't meet before then?

I think both him and Schoen are safe. Last week just proved he can get good stuff out of half decent QB’s. The problem has always been Jones.!

Some good news after a season of shit. We get the 3rd pick in the draft. So even if the top two QB’s go. We got Travis Hunter.
GO G MEN.
I think the Patriots take him, Maye's showed a lot of potential. You'll still get a QB

Yep - absolute madness that we didn’t have solid cover for Tua. Obvious to everyone that he wouldn’t be able to play a whole season.

Fucking Chiefs!
I know that they don't have to bother and the Dolphins would fall in the first play off game anyway but it still pisses me off.
Not having a half way decent back-up QB killed us.
