But you carry on believing they don’t know the motive even though they have the perpetrator’s in custody.

Asking them why they did it has to be one of the first questions you’d ask surely. And I’m pretty fucking sure the answer wasn’t “ I was acting randomly” Or “I stabbed her just because.”

The fact that they haven’t released a motive tells you everything you need to know unless you still believe them lol.
