"I would definitely say his mismanagement of the squad has created some of the problems we face now, and will face to a greater degree as the season draws on. In tetms of the players who erre previously used to strengthen the squad in Europe, playing Fornals out of position and persisting with Benrahma on the wing has battered their confidence and despite never being great, kehrers deployment was always rigid and unimaginative. Johnson is in the mire and Cresswell is finished at this level, as is Ings, and Antonio was awful before his injury. Rice, Dawson, Lanzini, Yarmolenko and Scamacca have all gone. Of course we have replaced many of the leavers - in some cases with better players - but the depth of usable squad members using there Of course you"

"So Moyes should be upgrading and number of key positions, and building squad depth, and bringing in new players, and blood some young players? For every successful side using rotation there's one succeeding by building a tight matchday squad. When should we be resting key players? The cups? Easier league games, or the hard ones that Moyes is accused of not trying in?"

"Who would you be rotating in to the first XI right now then? We seem to have tried to get a few people planing in Europe to broaden experience, but it's not gone well when we've swapped out first teasers. Think about the Palace goal when Zouma was out after the burglary, or Benrhama not looking so good, or Johnson or Cresswell coming in. Cornet seems to have got injured again. When he does mix players in then everyone starts complaining about people being played out of position or questioning who is in or out. We as fans focus far too much on the details like this in deciding the fate of a manager because it's the part we see, when by far the biggest part is how the team and football side of the club is set up and managed. When things go wrong Moyes is rightfully judged a bit more harshly than a manager who sets up his side to play more entertaining football - but right now it seems to be working to a decent degree on several fronts so arguing about how he's rotating the squad or not bringing on subs at the right time is a bit stupid after a stellar 3-0 victory played with plenty of decent, attacking football."

It's not looking silly at all one of the biggest gripes is his insistence on sticking with the same 11 and then when we get anywhere they get burned out at key moments we are building towards falling short tlike the last time we were in the Europa League. He's been backed very well for this to not have to be a thing and this January window will show how this will change or not as this is the perfect window to establish an advantage or get some fresh legs in to be able to rotate well and give some of our main players a rest.

Moyes out is looking a bit silly now. Only side you would say are higher than us and shouldn't be are villa. To strong games after Fulham thrashing and some big games to come. Looking safe from any relegation threat and into final 16 in Europe. Hopefully we can work some more transfer magic in January to go from the additions in the summer and push on. COYI.

"Talkingshite Miike 5.27...you clearly are mentally ill and 100% anti West Ham,you want to remember the first half against spurs rather the fantastic win,you seem to reminisce more over failures rather than what Moyes has achieved, like winning a trophy,3 seasons on trot in Europe...but then again you are a flat earther, seek help rather than calling everyone a cսnt."

"can't you remember the first half at spurs, just over a week ago? the second half wasn't much better. that's his philosophy, how he wants to play. the last couple of games is how us 'fuckwits' want the team playing. if we didn't have decent players I wouldn't bother moaning. this purple patch isn't sustainable because he will always revert to his cautious, risk free shit. It's why he can't go soon enough"
