Raymond Duck 11:12 Thu Feb 2 Re: Tv Box sets thread again - recommendation pls Currently on S4 of Braquo - hard hitting French police drama. Highly recommend. Downloaded that after good reviews. Looking forward to seeing it. If you like French dramas I can't recommend The Bureau highly enough. One of the best shows I've ever seen.

"Some excellent characters in the second series of Fargo. Kirsten Dunst is absolutely superb in it and if she didn't win any awards for it, must have taken a belter to beat her. Proper fruit loop."

"Just getting onto the 7th episode of Fargo now and am loving it. Was unsure about Martin Freeman at first (being picky with the accent), but he's actually superb in it as it goes along. Just seen some of the actors in the second and third series to, no fucking about with who they go for obviously, as some proper movie stars."

"I've watched a few episodes of Sneaky Pete, it's not bad, picked up a bit. On Netflix I saw Le Historia de un Clan. Argentina show based on true story of this family who kidnapped rich people in the 80s. Well out there but I'd recommend it."

I can honestly say that out of all the series' I've watched Prison Break is probably the only one where I literally couldn't stop watching the next episode. Incredible tv.

Parks and Rec is one of my all time favourites. Ron Swanson is one of the all time great comedy characters in my book.

"I always recommend prison break First two series are absolutely superb, third series is a bit stupid but that was all down to the writers strike and it's still better than most other stuff. 4th series is back on form (if you can put up with Michael rappapport that is) and there's a one off final break special as well And a new series this year to boot!"

bell 11:16 Thu Jan 19 Watched the whole of series 2 and loved it. Slow as fuck. Still not sure what's going on (apart from the obvious plot). Love that there are no good guys. Just crazy bad guys and sane bad guys. Sets are even better this time. The worlds are properly fleshed out.

"Sort out Band of Brothers Costa. Maybe the only thing I've seen that actually trumps Gomorrah, which in itself is a masterpiece."
