He needs a year or two to learn the ropes alongside a good, communicative veteran QB and coach. But it'll be hard for Haskins to do that in the current environment at Washington. He isn't quite ready for pro-style offences yet, but has obvious talent. The problem is, that must be the worst environment to be in if you want to develop.
