"Swiss. 9:05 Tue Apr 11 Anniston is a superb comedy actress, IMO, and also not too shoddy in dramatic roles (The Morning Show, for example)."

"Knock at the Cabin was watchable, but although not having read it, I'm betting it's piss poor compared to the book. Tetris is a very good film though. Never knew there was an interesting backstory to the game being released."

The squeeze made me watch Murder Mystery 2. And I thought Shotgun Wedding was bad. How bad an actress is Jennifer Anniston and Sandler is stealing a living as a “comedian “.

Watched Triangle of Sadness last night and I agree with Alf's and Jaan - worth seeing imho. Plus it has some of the finest projectile vomiting since Mr Creosote

Rather than watch shit AJ we watched Avatar way of the Water... better than I thought it was going to be... bit of a soppy over extended storyline but fuck me what visuals.... anyway we enjoyed it.

Finally got round to bullet train. Very good. If you don't think about all the massive plot holes. Always nice to hear bubbles played in a film.

Watched Elvis last night. Must admit after 10 minutes I wondered whether to switch it off but stuck with it and despite being a slow burner by the end I thought it was fantastic. Austin Butler is incredible in it and wondered why he didn't win an Oscar but then again he was up against it with Brendan Fraser in The Whale. Think they used a bit of artistic licence but on the whole a good film.

"The Spy - from a couple of years ago on Netflix, true story, it's very good. Just one series. In the 1960s, Israeli clerk-turned-secret agent Eli Cohen goes deep undercover inside Syria on a perilous, years-long mission to spy for Mossad."

"Watched Shazam 2 with my daughter at the cinema for a change, we enjoyed it. Watched Winnie the Pooh Blood and Honey last night. Like an 80's horror throw back, gore and loads of unnecessary tit shots."

"I don't understand the hate for Shazam 2. It's a nice, funny, family-oriented super-hero sequel. Probably not quite as good as the first one and certainly not Citizen Kane, but neither of those facts explain the terrible reviews."
