"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"you sell out to stop the run and you have to worry about the woman beater hill getting you over the top, or Kelce down the seams, they have some good weapons do the chiefs. Even Smith can beat you with his legs if needed"

"mr burns, not winding up. we had loads in there, plenty of players and journalists said it felt like a home game. I'm glad you beat them fuckers tonight. I'm not sure what their coach is doing but refusing to throw to witten will get him the sack. that's two games now where he's hardly targeted him and they keep losing :.)"

Eagles fans outnumbering Chargers fans in LA. By quite some number by the look of it.

There isn't a single team this year's who's defence is worse than the pats. Unbelievably bad. No more rings for Brady!!!

Khan who owns Jacksonville has said he may be willing to give up more than one game in the future to play in London but I'm not sure a permanent franchise will happen anytime soon. maybe one of the L.A. franchises will fold as I don't see particularly strong support for either

And how likely is it for London to get a team in the NFL and how would it work with an existing team leaving the league?

they both get a fee but the team giving up a home game also get put higher up the superbowl host rotation list which can potentially earn a franchise millions. there's probably other factors too but certain clubs with a strong fan base are obviously reluctant to give up one of their home games and piss off their supporters

"Question. What do these two teams get from playing this match in London? And if it's money, surely they can make more by playing at home!"

"Don't be so sure. The Fins lost last week to the worst Jets team that I have ever seen. And I've seen some crap from the Jets down the years (such as Rich Kotite's mid-90s SNL impression of a head coach). So my guess is that the game today might have some drama, but will lack quality."

The protests this week had much less to do with what Kaepernick was originally protesting and more to do with the brotherhood of the NFL uniting when Trump came after the few players that were protesting.
