Sit-in after Newcastle game

Here's the latest protest to surface.
Stay in your seats after the final whistle at the Newcastle game.
This is going to test the resolve of our fans as many leave early nowadays and I'm not sure many will fancy staying if we are 3-0 down after 70 minutes.
Brady & Sullivan Out.

It's lucky we didn't get spannered otherwise the only people staying behind would have been a blind man and his dog and the Wealdstone Raider.

Do you want some?

Left on final whistle with most of the rest, I was informed loads of old school were staying behind, yet they were all leaving when I was or already outside.

I go when I can these days, watch the game and leave, sometimes we win, sometimes we don't, most of the time it's shit, that's how it's always been. Far to many people think they should have a say in the club, god knows where that has come from. We've always had shit owners, as most clubs do.

Whatever the protesters intentions are, the interest just isn't there.

But having been to German football matches where the ‘Ultras’ have loud hailers and choreograph everything I wonder if that would be useful to coordinate the dissent. It didn’t help that the club tried to drown out our sack the board chants with loud music over the tannoy system. Not a bad protest though. We could do better
You're talking about old school WHU mate..can you imagine a shirtless  Bill and Co giving it large with a big fuck off loud hailer ?.
maybe the younger lot can organise that kind of stuff going forward.?

Talking of Waitrose ..I deliberately strolled up to a Arabic looking sort marking down the raspberries the other day and asked her where the kosher section is.
She rolled up her pants and got all stroppy...
I think I'll make a sport of this

Yes, what the fuck was everyone doing in the BrewDog bar? There’s a protest going on, you have time for a pint with your mate, but you can’t shift a few yards down into the seats to join the effort to improve things. Most of our fans deserve this ownership.
Sign of the times mate I'm afraid.
The WHU fanbase are so dispersed and of differing views now.
Back in the day with the  protests against the board everyone was local and on the same page .tight knit and all that.
I'll wager half the crowd over there today didn't even have a clue about the protest

I expect Sully is packing up his shit tonight after those people that paid for a ticket and then a couple of beers and a pie sat in their seat for an extra half hour after the game. That'll fucking learn him. Eat that up Sully.

The scummy cunts will probably spin it along the lines of 'See how much our custome, sorry supporters LOVE the stadium. They really don't want to leave'.

That alone would have hurt them today in protest.
Yeah that was great, although I don't think it was by design.

Well done to everyone who stayed, important to keep the media interested even if they still bang on about it being about results. Keeps the spotlight on S&B
