Red card protest....@ QPR

Drawing QPR in the cup reminded me of when we virtually used to take Loftus Road over every time we played them.It also reminded me of when we played them in our cup winning run of 1975.A packed Upton Park,the chicken run swaying and one of the best atmosphere EVER at the old girl.
Fast forward to this coming January.9000 passionate QPR fans coming over,half filled home sections with a good measure of tourists and neutrals.The club offering tickets at rock bottom prices in an attempt to entice our fans to turn out.My god,how our club has fallen from grace,what an embarrassment this game could be.

Thousands of time served West Ham supporters have walked away,the majority because they hate the souless bowl.So many posters on KUMB have walked away but guys here we have an opportunity,a one off.Lets try and get as many as possible who have walked away because they hate the bowl,the stadium,or both,to come back just for this game to join in the red card protest.

Tickets are cheap as chips.Lets take this opportunity to show Sullivan,Brady and the rest of the world that West Ham still has a good number of passionate fans who still care.
Most of us hate the bowl,I get it.Most of us hate Sullivan and Brady,I get it.But can we do it just once and really get this protest on the map?

Whose up for it?

Polite red cards are a complete waste of time no matter how well intentioned 
Sullivan will only respond to his life in the ground being made a misery

Dirty protest would be better. Leave a nice turd under seat with red card stuck in it

Last year when Moyes was still manager when it was taters. Went to a replay and we lost. Since then we are now on our 4th Manager within that time and BS want everyone to believe that they never go through managers easily and always back them..

I don't know what the plan for the protest is, but if I were organising it, I'd want it tight and vitriolic.

Wave the red cards at the board along with serious vocality (saying what, I don't know) for one minute, throw the cards into the air and straight back into cheering the team on.

But what would I know about all this? I just clean telephone boxes for a living.

Probably our best chance of progressing beyond the 3rd round since whenever, and a great opportunity for young people to get a reasonably priced ticket for the match. Maybe even generate a bit of an atmosphere. Make it fun for a change 

The people behind the protests have valid points but they seem completely tone deaf at times. Long winded waffle press announcements and bad timing. 

I remember that 75 cup game, it was special, up there for sure, for me Eintracht Frankfurt semi a year later was the best.

When you remember those nights what we have now is painful. Fuck going to that shit hole.
