There is not enough information to make that call and the Daily Wire is alluding to that while other right wing outlets go full out on that claim. For context this is the specific at the heart of the culture war on this right now -and that doesn’t seem to have confirmation. States are passing “bathroom laws” about this and then facing corporate boycotts and whthaveyou. There would seem to be more to the case than meets the eye given some other parts of the report as well. As for the school superintendent - there are almost certainly specific guidelines on what he could say."
