Stuff that is worth while is paying all staff a fair wage. Employing locals. Keeping food and drink and clothing traditions alive. Making sure there is a strong connection between players, staff and supporters. Recognising that not all scouse are thieving scallies and not all Brighton supporters take it up the arse."
