NFL (since 2016)
"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"Well I'll be honest I wasn't expecting that. Great performance from Cooper Rush and nice to see Pollard getting some snaps We've faced two great offenses and conceded two touchdowns in two games. Defence is looking good without a few big injuries Parsons is insane he could literally get 30 sacks this season if he stays fit. I think the Dline coach should be in for a massive pay rise seeing how well they are playing""¶.. Still can't see us making the playoffs with the injuries we have but this is a massive lift to everybody"

There can't be many things more nauseating than Romo commentating on the Cowboys. It's fucking ridiculous how he's completely unable and unwilling to hide his massive bias.

"Garrett Fucking Wilson! Remember the name. Admittedly, I may have made up his middle name while watching the game-winning extra point after his second touchdown""¶ (PS - we stole that one today, but I'm not complaining)"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
Blessing in disguise that lance injury. As limited as he may be at leadt Jimmy G is a functioning QB who can run an offence

Re: NFL (since 2016)
Nothing special. Just an 80 yard TD run from a QB who makes the fastest players on the opposition team look pedestrian

"hermit, our o-line decided not to block for two quarters. worst half of football I can remember watching Ioc, wentz seems to have woken up and threw a nice 40 yard pass to dotson. just too late I think to get back in this"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
I thought it was a shocking performance last week to only beat them by a few points after being up by 3 TDs in the 3rd quarter. Given the shellacking your girls are getting this week it looks like the Eagles weren't as poor as I thought.

"in what way? do you think you're winning a super bowl because you beat the lions? on today's performance, this washington team would struggle to beat one of those juco teams on Last Chance U"

The Redskins are currently putting the Eagles performance last week into perspective

"I think a lot of people don't want to challenge it because if he stopped, or sold up (not much chance - $$$$) then, whisper it, Dallas might actually start to fill their massive potential again. And nobody outside of Dallas wants that! (Sorry Norf!)"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"but it's beyond anything ever seen in any other sport. could you imagine the poison dwarf sullivan holding court in the dressing room every time we played at the LS? it's insanity that it's been tolerated for so long, but clearly that's why garrett was in the job for that many years. the press should be doing their job and asking the cսnt ""isn't it time you stopped with his bullshit"", but that clearly would end their access to go the team and possibly their career, so the madness continues üòÇ"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"Zeb - exactly. Should have ensured they had back-up when there were more names on the market. I guess the salary cap issues mentioned further down would have been a factor. A couple of years ago, they threw a lot of cash at their offense, many of whom are now expensively injured or have left with the team having taken a cap hit. Darnold or Minshew would be a good, uncontroversial (low $ risk) move for them this season."

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"TM, Yep, Jones has always been an interfering and over-zealous owner. He's almost the antithesis of Woody, who just doesn't understand the sport and only sees the Jets' extraordinary (given how shite we have been) profitability. But they both achieve the same outcome!"
Re: NFL (since 2016)
"It is weird that, given Dak Prescott's injury record, the Cowboys don't have a proven backup QB in their squad. You'd think they would have learned after Dak's last injury and Andy Dalton's subsequent concussion. Ryan Fitzpatrick coming out of retirement would be fun. Probably not fun for him though given the O-line issues."

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"I hate snyder and nothing excuses the two decades of mediocrity, not to mention the sexual harassment stuff and other shit but what he did do was hand over control to rivera who brought in people he could work with in the front office, and basically get out of the way and let the professionals work. I hate dallas, but it must be frustrating having someone so controlling in charge of the franchise. you only have to remmeber back to his he treated jimmy johnson, and the last close season alienating his best receiver because he didn't agree with certain protocols"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
their biggest problem is the Owner/GM. he's a control freak and narcissist. I don't particularly like or rate mike mccarthy but what chance as he got when that prick jones is still doing locker room interviews after each game. It's an unworkable environment and I don't think it eve changes because the son will take over once jerry drops dead
