I thought that Parklife was one of the greatest albums of 1994. Right up there with Marillion's Brave and Pink Floyd's Division Bell. You can really hear the influence of The Small Faces on that album.

"Thanks Miike - I'll take a look too. The Blur story is interesting. Saw another doc (BBC4 I think) where they all said that Parklife was the last throw of the dice. They were all still skint, owed the record company money and hated each other as a result of disatrous tour of the USA."
