Based on what? The period she was in contact with ‘them’ was incredibly short. People aren’t usually radicalised or groomed in such a short space of time.
At the time it was impossible to not know exactly who ISIS were and what their mission was.
Only reason she wants to come back is because she was dumb enough to believe they were living in some kind of Muslim paradise.

By the way, the rape gangs weren't 'extremists', they were just regular Muslim rape gangs. There are literally hundreds of them.
