I liked Asia too but I think this might have been DESPITE Steve Howe. I think maybe I would have liked them more had they had a different guitar player?

It's strange, despite fully appreciating his skill, abilities, composition skills AND longevity, I've never found Howe's guitar playing did anything for me. I think it's probably the staccato style that he seems to bring to everything, but it just goes to show, 'different strokes' and all that.
I always found his collaboaration with Hackett intriging, but it probably made a lot more sense than two guitarists with similar styles working together.

That cracks me up every time. Great dancing and clothes. The directot Eran Creevy was gonna be the next big thing but never really took off.
