What are peoples opinions on Mark Noble's silence?

Bloke is in a tricky situation. I expect he feels the same as a lot of us but can't really badmouth his employer in public. It's funny how people like he and Potter are criticised for basically not being whistleblowers, yet I think almost all of us in a situation with a cսnt boss doing a terrible job would probably have to just grin and bear it as well like they are and just try and get on with doing their own jobs the best they can and control what they can.

I'd imagine his love for the club and hope of change is why he's there and hasn't just quit and I am sure the money is better than a kick in the cock as well although he probably doesn't really need it. He'll outlast this lot no doubt. But in the meantime what is he supposed to do? Just openly slag off his employers? Like all of us, if he does that, he gets the tin tack instantly then he's just on the outside looking in. Yes it's a lot more emotive for us as it's our football club and it's frustrating to see people not speak out about what losers and failures our chairman and vice chair are, but common sense has to prevail.

I don't agree with some of the criticism of MB. I personally know someone who worked at a high level for the women's team and he always speaks very highly of MB and says he is well respected and does a good job. 

But I do get some of the negativity around speaking out. I mean, maybe MB needs to speak out more but on issues that don't come back and bite him.... For example, the 'Run like a Circus' comments and his very frank comments about selling Diangana will forever haunt him. I get that they were instinctive comments - But maybe he needs to learn what is right and wrong to comment on.

Noble is popular and respected by the players and coaching staff in and around the club. The fact that Noble does not have the opinions of some of the extreme idiots on this Board does not mean he’s silent.

Have any of you worked for management you couldn't stand? I have. Maybe like me you thought you would still be there when that management  was gone and in the meantime you could make a difference to the lives of the other employees?
