With the 'interesting' football hiatus that International Football brings, figured I'd get this match thread up.  The result against Forest makes this game in some ways less significant (as the clock will have been reset on Potter's tenure) but also more interesting as there is a modicum of form to take into the game.

Fullkrug should obviously never be allowed on international duty again, what with it being an injury magnet for him, but that aside, as of now there are no new injuries.  Rumours of a Summerville injury also appear unfounded.

So from a lineup perspective, I'm expecting something like:

Subs: Areola, Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Igor, Rodriguez, Irving, Guilherme, Summerville, Willson

Left out: Earthy, Marshall, Potts, Scarles.
Prediction: 1-2 Spurs (Muani, Kudus;  Bowen for us)

Im never that optimistic and one win and solid but not spectacular performance against Forest does not have me expecting things have changed that much yet. But lets see.

Spurs are a decent squad unfortunately but adjusting to Frank’s tactics which are far more conservative than Big Ange.  

I can still see us losing but as always its more about the performance. If we lose but compete, play well but say miss chances etc.. thats ok. Just dont want to see another collapse at the LS.

At least he's stayed with a back 4. Not massively convinced that JWP or Soucek can control our midfield well enough, even with Fernandes. 

Just feels like there's going to be huge WTF when the new French kid eventually replaces JWP. Its going to be embarrassing how much better it will be with two more mobile and creative CM's.

I also sort of understand that we cant rely on Wilson considering his injury record.
But starting any match without a genuine no.9 always looks like you're taking the piss to me.

But who knows what's going to happen today... I have no idea!
