The train stabbings incident is an damning example of how shit the Police are.
The guy who stabbed all those people was reported on the Friday night for waving a knife around in a barber shop in Fletton. It was reported a while after the incident so the local police did not deploy because the fella was no longer at the scene at hadnt returned.

next day same barber shop reported a second incident and 9.30am and he was still present. Police turned up 20min later and he was gone.

he apparently may have also stabbed someone on the friday night.

so you've got a fella walking around waving a knife and stabbing people and they made fuck all effort to try and find him.

Goose, if you're saying that you CAN meet him on neutral ground then I revoke the TKO decision. 

Broxbourne is completely unreasonable, same as Upminster would be, but Stratford is a perfect location, especially on a match day so we can watch and make sure nobody gets nicked.

Obviously it doesn't have to be The Bull, if that's where Joyo usually drinks then it isn't neutral. But Stratford is a big enough place and I'd personally hire a space in the Copper Box so we can use the changing rooms to have a row and sort this out once and for all.
