Sad news.
RIP Mark Kaylor.

I remember him grafting down the meat
market when a few of us were down there.
Followed all his fights of course.
The Roy Gumbs one springs to mind. We taught the front wheels a thing or two that night.
Ahh, terrible shame.

My 1st job from school in Stratford, two of my fellow apprentices came into work with shiners.. one was a paid sparring partner to John L Gardner at the Lawless gym., the other was knocked down 4 times sparring with Kaylor at West Ham.

Sad news indeed you definitely got your moneys worth when watching mark fight win or lose.
went To watch him fight Tony Sibson at Wembley arena and there was just as much fighting going on outside the ring as in it , bit of an eye opener for a fifteen year old Ive gotta say
