With Paqueta back from suspension, Wilson in fine form, and a more settled midfield, there is at least hope that a dysfunctional Liverpool side can be bested and we can give that big bald head of Arne Slot an almighty Tango-esque SLAP!

I don't know what some of you expect. We are a much improved team over the dross served up under Graham. It's still not great but we are a deeply flawed team. Nuno has picked Areola off the scrap heap and turned him into a decent shot stopper. If Bowen or Paqueta could get into gear, we would have a decent chance.

Got to be said this is one of the worst rare Bowen performances I've seen of him which is surprising. Not like him to lose possession or have such a heavy touch/poor shot. Hopefully he comes out firing for the 2nd and helps inspire the Team like he can. 0-0 is still delicately poised.

He was the same against Burnley, hopefully he sparks second half

Can’t watch this today but sounds like the same old. Second half subs may be everything because Salah will come on at some point and our attack will be blunted once Wilson goes off. Liverpool are the team with something to prove whereas we know where we stand as a footballing outfit right now.

Need to score first somehow, sooner than later and then defend it higher up the pitch.
