Another emperors new clothes appointment that only Sullivan can see.
Brady fucks up the appointment of Potter and fought to keep him for so long, Sullivan passes his pint to her and says look and learn slag.

I now fear Nuno has made a rod for his own back for his approach to the last 2 matches. The crowd will understandably be on his case with Newcastle upon next at Home, he can't afford another display like he's just produced this week.

He's got to give the Fans - and the Players! - something to believe in. Anymore wacky tactics that don't work then the writing will begin to appear on the wall for him much like it did for Postenoclue at Forest. Dyche has understood that instantly and yet both arrogant twat managers Nuno and Fat Ange seem to think they can be clever about it all with their utter stubbornness.

Nuno has also entered 1 of the easiest run-ins a new manager could wish to ask for, only having to play at the Shithole just 3 times and so far just 1 point with 0 wins:

Everton
Arsenal
Brentford
Leeds
Newcastle
Burnley
Bournemouth

3 games left to save his job if he doesn't manage to win 1?

Likely to be rooted to the bottom of the League should Wolves beat Burnley at Home leaves us with little room for error now. Park your fucking ego at the door Nuno or this won't end well and it will be fully deserved if not..

The squad is lacking in most areas for the super fast, intense Premier Lge.  Play the players most suited to cope in their preferred positions.  We could almost guarantee better results than our last 2 games following this revolutionary approach

4-4-2 in this day and age without the players to achieve it was next level bonkers for me. Especially for a new Club that's 1 of the last formations you go for when a Team is struggling. That alone hung players out to dry leaving them over exposed on the pitch and why so many managers nowadays give it a wide berth.

Wingers hugging the touchline away from the centre of the pitch and 2 players left up top means wide open spaces. Just cannot do it unless your players are shit hot and mainly in possession of the ball and even then it's used sparingly as many Managers like to go with 3 players in the middle.

It's almost as if most modern day managers can't resist the temptation to try and prove they are a genius.

We have a shit squad. Play as many of the salvageable ones in their best position on the pitch and keep the lines as tight as possible. Overcomplicating things by giving obscure tactical instructions to bang average players with zero confidence is suicidal.

I don't get it.

I still can’t believe there’s fans saying it’s not the manager it’s the squad

Nobody denies the squad is shit, but where the third manager in a row is failing is that despite the squad being so poor, they can’t identify the good from the bad.
Starting players that shouldn’t be playing and playing people out of position when not necessary isn’t down to the squad, it’s down to the inferior brain of the bloke making these decisions.

Is there a “time warp” around the LS and at Rush green which makes managers and coaches think its 1995?  How can anyone with even basic football understanding think that Soucek and Irvine, with their athleticism, could be the central midfield double pivot? Its as bizarre as the selection of Scarles and AWB as inverted backs.  Btw, Diouf needs to be benched. Cant defend currently. Positionally a mess.

he shouldn't stay after the last two games, the bloke either hasn't got a clue what he's doing or is deliberately sabotaging our chance to win games by his disgusting team selections. whatever is the reason, he still needs to fuck off now

You seriously think:

a) No hope Nuno would want to stay after relegating us
b) The fans would want him to stay after relegating us
c) The cսnt Sullivan would not get rid to deflect from his awful running of the club?

You're delusion to think No hope Nuno would stay after relegation. This isn't 1978.

Irrespective, it’s over for us this season. We will be relegated with these players.

The question is whether Nuno can show enough ability in the role that the fans want him to stay beyond May.

We’re going down, though. This is just not a Premier League playing squad.

Who next, Ange for a few games.

One of the main reasons we are in this predicament is not giving managers enough time but letting them sign players they wanted but the next manager won't.

But the bigger reason we’re in this predicament is because we have the worst chairman in all of football, who relentlessly appoints poor managers because he’s such a cheapskate that he won’t buy a good manager out of a contract.

Its like trying to get a Michelin Star when all you pay for is broken biscuits.

I say this lightly as generally we have been average the entire time I've been watching us, but the last two team selections amd tactics are the worst I've ever seen from ANY team in my entire life watching football.

Imagine watching that on monday and then thinking it was worth trying again.

Agree entirely. Shit trickles down. And it all comes from the arsehole at the very top: Sullivan.

Bad chairmen pick bad managers, who buy bad players, who play badly.

Said it before: we’re in a football death loop. It doesn’t change until Sullivan goes.

Potter 100% failed spectacularly at Chelsea. Agreed that Nuno didn't fail at Forest though enjoying an excellent season last season before his ego got carried away at the start of this one..

How was Nuno a failure at Forest?
He gave them the best season they've had for over 3 decades. Ask their fans if they were bored.
He also did well at Wolves qualifying them for Europe.
Won the double in Saudi, and did no worse at Spurs than the other managers they employed around that time.

Loppy also had a good record, won the Europa League with Sevilla, and finished 4th in La Liga qualifying them for the CL for the first time in their history. Also managed the Spainish national team & Real Madrid, and won two under 21s Euros with the Spanish youth, so he must have had something about him.

Potter I never rated or wanted, but I wouldn't go so far as saying he was a failure before us either.

He just threw the players under the bus in that interview, maybe he needs to take some responsibility for two shocking starting XIs?

I know he’s not, but it genuinely looks like he’s trying to throw matches with his lineups.

Abysmal. Batshit. Call it what you like. He’s got little talent to choose from. But his lineups are obscene. Like he pulled them out of a hat.

Newcastle at Home next. He needs to get them bang at it as they are usually a quality side or this could get very ugly in the Stadium. 🫣

Kevin Nolan has taken Northampton to the giddy heights of 11th Division One. He could not do worse and would be cheap enough
